Just what is the difference between a variable and a tracker? It is all a bit daunting and the people that sell mortgages are not much help. They just want you to have the one that will net them the most commission!

there r two types of mortgages.the personal mortgages or the removable resources that u have that can be used as a collateral for a loan..such examples r cellphones,computers,laptop,mp3 or anything that belongs to u & is a movable resources.
the other one is the fixed assets or the real estate mortgages,those r the resources that r not movable,like,land,building,house,companies,condos,and anything that can be improved like land. mortgages r used as a value pleged for a loan.
